STARS Academy Training School

Training takes place in a Futsal environment.  Indoor Court shoes are required to participate.

Our STARS Academy Training School is a developmental program for 3 -5 year old players. At this age it is extremely important for players to master the skills and fundamentals needed to play at the higher levels. Superb Soccer incorporates a self motivation system that challenges players to practice skills at home in order to advance levels within the program.

Improves Players:

• Balance, Coordination, Speed, & Agility
• Technical Ability & Ball Control
• Passing & Receiving Techniques

Training Sessions will consist of:

• Lessons on character
• Juggling
• Speed & agility training
• Balance & coordination training
• Technical skills training
• Small sided games
• monthly evaluations
